Chris has a degree in Fine Arts Education from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley. He works primarily in oils, and draws inspiration from the infinite variations, subtleties and expressions of the face and body. His most recent series of paintings focuses on the innate theater of drag and explores the underlying human desire to be masked and unmasked – to hide and be revealed. He has written this bio despite all his misgivings that artists should never speak or try to explain their work.
